Am I entitled to a refund?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your experience, your ride or anything directly related to your service purchase with us, within 21 days from the purchase date, we will fully refund the cost of your purchase.
In general before making a refund we will try and remedy your concern or point of objection. All refund requests have to be made in writing (email or letter) stating your name, date and amount of purchase and if possible the transaction number.
Please be advised that refunds can only be made in the form of refunds onto the card that was originally used for the purchase. We cannot refund the amount onto another card or pay out refunds in cash. Should your card have expired between purchase and refund, we will offer you credit vouchers for the use with the Skylon Flyer ride. Refunds are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.
